NJ Labs is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical contract laboratory with less than 50 employees, is at the forefront of providing exceptional laboratory services to our clients within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic industries. We are currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Life Science Digital Marketer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with science background with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with a background in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, and a keen interest in other marketing activities within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.


  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our company’s objectives and brand identity.
  • Manage and optimize the use of HubSpot and other digital systems to streamline marketing processes and improve customer engagement.
  • Oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and effectively optimized for SEO.
  • Create and curate engaging content for a variety of channels including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase online visibility and organic traffic.
  • Manage social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and potentially additional channels.
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to refine strategies.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams to create effective marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent flow of marketing activities, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
  • Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software, and understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Proficiency in data management and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
